What areas do you operate in? ACT 2 operates seven locations in Seattle, Portland, Eugene, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Boise and Pocatello. We offer local pickup, delivery, and warehousing options at each of these locations. ACT 2 also offers linehaul service between all of our facilities, with trucks departing daily.
How can I track my shipment? To track your shipment, log into your Crown Freight Managers account. If you need assistance setting-up your account, please contact our main office at 415-468-2220 and follow the prompts to speak with customer service.
Do you offer same-day pickup and delivery? ACT 2 offers same-day pickup and delivery in all of our service areas. Please contact us for more information.
Why does my quoted rate change? Quotes provided based on incomplete or incorrect information, such as weight, dimensions, or services required, may change once the information and services completed have been verified.
Are you a bonded carrier? ACT 2 is a bonded carrier in South San Francisco, Portland & Seattle and operates two container freight station facilities in Portland and Seattle.

Do you offer container devanning service? We offer container devanning service at all of our locations. Please contact us for more information.
How often does your fuel surcharge change? Our fuel surcharge is updated every Monday.

Are your drivers TSA certified? Every ACT 2 employee undergoes yearly IACSSP and STA certification by the TSA.
